Applications
For general land use applications, please attach the following documents:
Affidavit of Legal Interest: If you are the property's agent, you are required to provide a notarized letter from the property owner authorizing the submittal of this application. The Affidavit is signed by the owner or manager of the property before a notary, giving the Agent/Applicant permission to pursue the application on behalf of the owner or group of owners.
Vicinity Map: Showing location and current zoning of the property. Please indicate the location of your property on the map.
Property Description: Attach a metes and bounds description describing the overall area. The description should mathematically close. Descriptions shall identify a basis of bearing based upon two (2) known points from which the descriptions are based.
Plans
Elevation Plans are required for commercial and multi-family projects
Infrastructure Plans are required for any connections to city utilities, street and parking lot construction.
Landscape Plans are required with Infrastructure/Site Plans and Plats
Master Plans are required for a Planned Unit Development (PUD)
Plats are required for land subdivisions resulting in more than two buildable lots. (Includes Short Plats, Plats, and Planned Unit Development Plats.)
Proof of Ownership for LLCs and other Tax Group Entities showing manager or controlling member.
Plats Only:
Plat with required signature blocks
Landscape Plans
Infrastructure/Civil Site Plan
Statement of intended use of the proposed subdivision (Ex: Residential single family, commercial, etc.)
Copy of Restrictive Covenants
