Bids & RFP/RFQs
When the City of Rexburg needs to make a considerable purchase or outsource a significant project, we utilize two methods.
First, we request Bids, from service providers which typically include proposed costs to provide materials, equipment, and/or labor.
Similarly, we also utilize Request for Proposal (RFP)/Request for Qualifications (RFQ) where we invite service providers to submit proposals which document their experience, skills, and capacity to deliver a specific service to the city.
**Any contractor interested in submitting a proposal for a city project must contact our public works department to be included on that project bidders list in order to receive project updates, if any. If there are updates, they will be posted with other project information below.
