Rexburg's school system is operated by the Madison County School District, #321. The district boasts an 89% high school graduation rate.

Brigham Young University - Idaho

Rexburg is home to Brigham Young University, Idaho, the largest university in the state of Idaho. The university, a private college owned by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, enrolls over 40,000 students worldwide and over 20,000 students locally on their Rexburg, Idaho campus.
