Purpose

This application is for the installation of Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Miscellaneous work only.  Residential or Commercial (Not for new construction)

• Electrical Misc - Permits for all electrical work, including, but not limited to, new circuits, generators, solar panels, etc.

• Mechanical Misc - Permits for all mechanical and HVAC work including, but not limited to, furnaces, air conditioner units, gas lines, unit heaters, etc.

• Plumbing Misc - Permits for all plumbing work including, but not limited to, water heaters, lawn-sprinkler backflow devices, gas lines, etc

Requirements

• Fill out the Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing permit application

To start an online application you will need to create an account by setting up a username and password. A confirmation email will be sent to the email you have provided. After your account has been created, proceed to fill out the appropriate application for your project.
