Rexburg Rapids is a tobacco, alcohol and drug free facility.

All Children 2 and under must wear a swim diaper and plastic liner to enter the water.

Children under 6 must be within arm’s reach of an adult 16 years or older.

Children under 10 years must be supervised by an adult 16 years or older.

No outside glassware.

All Lifejackets/flotation aids must be US Coast Guard approved. (No water wings, pool noodles, etc.)

Rexburg Rapids is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

No refunds for weather related or fecal related closures. Enter at your own risk. (Fecal accidents may shut down the whole facility)

If capacity is reached, then admission is on a 1 out/1in basis.

No running on the pool deck.

Personal possessions must not block pool exits, gates or doorways.

Patrons may not distract the lifeguards or block their vision.

Please keep all deck furniture on the outer deck area.

Backflips, back dives, reverse flips and inward flips are not allowed from the pool edge.

No fighting.

No horse playing, in locker rooms, pool deck or water areas.

Personal possessions must not block pool exits, gates or doorways.

Foul or otherwise offensive language is not allowed.

Vandalism will not be tolerated and may result in a pool suspension.

Please keep all deck furniture on the outer deck area.

Swimmers must keep the area around the ladders and stairs clear.

Small children, brothers and sisters, may not support non-swimmers.

For your safety, certified lifeguards are on duty. However, there is an element of risk in all aquatic activities. Please exercise caution and remember to follow staff directives.

It is the responsibility of the patron to read and obey all the posted signs and rules.
