It’s BACK!!! We are excited to bring back the Foamy 5K! We have made some changes to give you even more foam and fun! We’ve changed the course to double your foam fun. The course will start and finish in front of Rexburg Rapids at Riverside Park. After you finish your race join us for our post-race party in Rexburg Rapids! We will keep the DJ going and the foam flowing! 

Make sure to bring your swimsuit as this sure is an event you do not want to miss out on!

Each participant will get a T-shirt, Medal, and access to our exclusive reservation at Rexburg Rapids!

• Guarantee T-Shirt and Medal June 13th

• Registration closes day of. We do allow day of registration for this race.

June 21 – RACE DAY

• 7:45am – Check in and same day registration opens.

• 9:00am – First Heat *

• 9:05am – Second Heat *

• 9:10am – Third Heat *

• 9:15am – Fourth Heat *

• 9:30am – Rexburg Rapids opens for exclusive reservation.

• 11:30am - Post-Race Party ends, and everyone must leave the facility.
