Leapin’ Lizards! It’s time to register for Summer Theater Camp and our exciting production of ANNIE JR!
This immersive two-week camp teaches all the fundamentals of musical theater—acting, singing, dancing—while also focusing on accruing valuable life skills. Experienced coaches guide campers through exercises in expression, focus, mindfulness, creativity, problem-solving, confidence, teamwork, and more. Through group activities and individual coaching, participants will have opportunities to apply this knowledge in a safe, positive, unified environment while also learning, rehearsing, refining, and performing a high-quality production. Campers will be involved in every aspect of their show, and will help make props, costume pieces and sets, learn about sound, lighting, and other technical aspects of producing a musical, and gain knowledge about how the theater operates. All registered campers will perform together in Annie Jr. at the historic Romance Theater. Named roles and youth ensemble will be selected from teens upon completion of an audition at SWAG Day. Junior ensemble roles will be performed by participants ages 8-11. (No audition needed).
In addition to coaching and three performances, participants will also receive: a personalized lanyard, production t-shirt, souvenir script, theater bag, individual headshot and group photo, cast party and (1) complimentary ticket for the opening night performance. By submitting this registration, participant gives consent to have their picture taken and/or video recorded for promotional and archival purposes. Registration will be open until May 31, or until filled. After completing your registration, watch for a welcome email outlining all the exciting details of Summer Theater Camp 2025: Annie Jr!
