Jed Platt

Jed is the Cultural Arts Director for the City of Rexburg and has held this position since 2020. With a background in graphic design, Jed's vision is to see the opportunity for mediums of the arts to flourish in Rexburg. Jed is also deeply passionate about preserving the history of Rexburg and ensuring that our story can be told for generations to come.

Donella Willis

Donella is the Office Manager for the Rexburg Cultural Arts Department and has been with the City since 2021. She has a background in management and bookkeeping. It is her responsibility to ensure that our programs and facilities are maintained responsibly and are accessible to all.

Alisha Tietjen

Alisha is the Curator for the Museum of Rexburg at the City. She has been with us since 2016. Alisha has been instrumental in her role of documenting the story of the Teton Dam Flood and of the overall history of Rexburg. With the museum out of a physical space, her goal is to make history explorable within the community and for the community.

Twyla Dickinson Mahelona

Twyla is the Cultural Arts Department's resident visual artist and has been there since 2022. She has created murals in homes, communities, schools, libraries, for business events, art studios, and more. Her goal is to teach and facilitate art and creative experiences.

Heidi Pyper

Heidi Pyper is the Cultural Arts Department's resident Music Specialist and has been since 2024. She is a long-time veteran of both concert hall and the stage and is a frequent vocal soloist in the community. Heidi loves helping to showcase and channel all the amazing music talent in Rexburg.
