Volunteer Registration

Thank you so much for signing up to volunteer at the Youth Triathlon! Below you will find short job descriptions for different volunteer spots, please read through so you have an idea of what you may be doing the day of. There is also a map so you better understand the job descriptions!

VOLUNTEER JOB SPOTS

1-CHECK-IN

You will have a list, alphabetical by last name, of those who registered online. Once they check in you will highlight their name with a marker and tell the Shirt Volunteer what shirt sizes to get them.

There will be 2 separate colors of names-those who registered by the shirt cutoff date, and those who registered after the shirt cutoff date. Those who registered in time get their guaranteed shirt size, while those who registered after get to pick their shirt size from the extra shirt sizes we ordered, until they run out and then that is it.

There will also be a list of names for YOUTH THOR’S MUD RUN SHIRTS and for KID’s RACE SERIES MEDALS, if they participated in those be sure to mark their name off of the list when they pick up their said sizes.

If anything happens or people have questions-feel free to make a note by their name and I will get back to them.

2-REGISTRATION

Those who are interested in signing up for the race the day of will come to you and fill out the paper work, it costs $20 per child, and they are allowed to pick their shirt size from our ‘extra shirt sizes’ until those shirt sizes run out and then that is it.
