How to Register for Rexburg Recreation programs, leagues, events, or make a facility reservation:

New Users:

  • Create an Account for Yourself First
    • Select the "Log In/Create Account".
      (Do not create a new account if you have forgotten your password or login) 
      You may request a password reset, or call our office for assistance:  208-372-2440
    • Fill out all the information for yourself.
  • Add Spouse and Children to Your Account
    • After filling out information for yourself click on the "Next: Other Account Members" button
      at the bottom right of the the prompt.
    • On the new screen click on the "Add Account Member" button and fill out the information.
  • Join Program or League
    • Once done creating account and adding members click on the "Save and Close" button at the bottom
      right of the prompt.
    • In the catalog, find the league or program you wish to join and click on it.
    • On the right side of the screen select which member of your account is joining the league, and then click
      on the "Add to Cart" button.
    • Once the program has been added to your cart you can go back and select other programs to register
      for at the same time or you can click on the cart and select "Check Out" in the bottom right corner.
    • Follow and fill out the prompts and make payment. Cash and check payments can only be done at
      City Hall. Credit or Debit payments can be made online or over the phone. If you have special discounts
      that need to be applied please call 208.372.2440 or come into City Hall.

Returning Users:  

  • Log In to Your Account
    • Select the "Login" tab at the top of the screen.
  • Add or Edit Members On Your Account
    • Select the "Account" tab at the top of the screen.
    • On the account screen you can add more members or edit the current ones. Accounts for children
      should be updated each school year to make sure they are in the right grade to avoid any eligilbity issues.
    • By selecting "Catalog" you can return to the catalog screen and register for programs and leagues.
  • Join Program or League
    • In the catalog, find the league or program you wish to join and click on it.
    • On the right side of the screen select which member of your account is joining the league, and then click
      on the "Add to Cart" button.
    • Once the program has been added to your cart you can go back and select other programs to register 
      for at the same time or you can click on the cart and select "Check Out" in the bottom right corner.
    • Follow and fill out the prompts and make payment. Cash and check payments can only be done at

Key Reminders:

  • Follow the instructions, and make sure you add all family members to your account.
  • You may now register for programs, volunteer opportunities, or make a reservation for a shelter or park facility. 
  • Don't forget you can use your account to print receipts and view past registrations.
