A vibrant scene filled with music, dance, activities, and community gatherings characterizes Rexburg’s family-friendly atmosphere. Once a year, all of Main Street stops to host the Idaho International Summer-fest, attracting visitors and competitors from across the world.

Each week throughout the summer, citizens and visitors can shop for anything from pottery and produce, corn-on-the-cob, to German sausage at the local farmer’s market. Residents also enjoy theatrical and musical performances year round through BYU-Idaho’s Center Stage Performing Arts Series, which has attracted personalities such as Bill Cosby, the King Singers, the Vienna Boys’ Choir, and the Beach Boys. Additionally, the city supports the arts by sponsoring the Rexburg Tabernacle Orchestra and the recent renovation of the historic Romance Theater.

The city also offers a broad scope of competitive sports leagues, and with the opening of Rexburg Rapids, Rexburg’s new aquatic center, your outdoor activities are limitless. Events such as the Teton Dam Marathon and the Rush Triathlon also attract athletes from across the state and nation.
