The Vendor Application form needs to be filled out, and submitted to the officials
of the Rexburg Farmers Market in order to become a market vendor. Upon notification
of being accepted as a vendor, the Vendor Agreement must be filled out, signed,
and submitted to the officials of the Rexburg Farmers Market.
All forms require that you have Adobe Reader installed on your computer in order to view and print them.
